
Nomad Foods revenue falls 3.1% to €724 million

Nomad Foods (NYSE:NOMD) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of €724 million, down 3.1% year over year, as lower volumes affected sales despite improved pricing and product mix.
Organic revenue declined 2.9% during the quarter, with volumes falling 5.9% while price-mix improved 3%, and adjusted gross margin increased 110 basis points to 28.9%.
Adjusted EBITDA declined 4.3% to €124 million, profit for the period decreased 15% to €49 million, and adjusted EPS fell to €0.39 while reported diluted EPS was €0.35.
For the first six months of 2026, Nomad Foods reported revenue of €1.44 billion, down 4.5% year over year, and adjusted EBITDA of €216 million, down 13.3%.
Nomad Foods operates in the frozen food sector, with brands and products across European markets including frozen meals, vegetables, and seafood categories.
The company reiterated its 2026 guidance for organic revenue decline of 2% to 5% and Adjusted EBITDA decline of 5% to 10%, while reducing adjusted EPS guidance to €1.38–€1.53 because of higher refinancing-related interest costs.
