NielsenIQ (NYSE:NIQ) completed its acquisition of Flywheel’s China and Southeast Asia eCommerce Data & Insights business, including operations under the YiMian brand in China.
The transaction strengthens NIQ’s position in digital commerce measurement compared with its earlier focus on traditional retail and consumer panel data.
The acquired business provides eCommerce, social commerce, and digital shelf analytics, supporting visibility into pricing, assortment, availability, and competitive positioning.
NIQ said the integration enhances its ability to deliver cross-channel consumer insights across both online and offline retail environments.
The business supports more than 100 global and regional clients across China and Southeast Asia, according to the company.
