
NiCE (NASDAQ:NICE) reported second-quarter revenue of $782.3 million, up 7.6%, as cloud revenue increased 12.6% to $609 million.
The result exceeded NiCE’s previous second-quarter revenue guidance of $761 million to $771 million, which represented 5.5% growth at the midpoint.
International revenue increased 22% year over year, or 21% on a constant-currency basis, supporting growth outside the company’s domestic markets.
GAAP operating income was $104 million with a 13.3% margin, while adjusted operating income reached $198 million with a 25.3% margin.
NiCE also raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance.
Following the announcement, NiCE's share price was up 2.3% at $103.29.
The company said its broader strategy focuses on combining its CXone platform with Cognigy’s conversational and agent-based artificial intelligence technology.
