National Energy Services Reunited (NASDAQ:NESR) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $520.8 million, up 59.1% year over year, while net income increased to $44.0 million.
Revenue increased 28.7% from the previous quarter, while diluted earnings per share rose to $0.43 from $0.16 a year earlier and adjusted EBITDA increased to $106.2 million.
Adjusted net income reached $45.5 million, operating cash flow totaled $174 million and free cash flow was $99.9 million during the quarter.
The company ended June 30 with $175 million in cash and cash equivalents and $274.6 million of total debt, reducing net debt to $99.6 million from $185.3 million at the end of 2025.
For the first six months of 2026, National Energy Services Reunited generated revenue of $925.3 million and net income of $67.8 million as it continued to strengthen profitability and cash generation.
