
Nayax revenue soars 28.2% to $122.6 million

Nayax (NASDAQ:NYAX) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $122.6 million, up 28.2% year over year, as recurring revenue from SaaS and payment processing increased to $87.7 million.
Revenue growth included 21.4% organic growth during the quarter, while total transaction value increased 29.1% to $2.1 billion and the customer base grew 19.8% to 125,400.
Recurring revenue represented 72% of total revenue and increased 24%, while POS device revenue rose 40.2% to $34.9 million as gross margin reached 46.9%.
Nayax also reported a net loss of $10.1 million compared with net income of $11.7 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $14.1 million.
The company ended June with $304 million in cash and $349 million in debt, while average revenue per user increased 12.6% to $251 during the quarter.
Looking ahead, Nayax reaffirmed its 2026 revenue outlook of $510 million–$520 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $85 million–$90 million but reduced free cash flow conversion expectations to 5%–10%.
