Nanox (NASDAQ:NNOX) said its Nanox AI subsidiary entered a three-year agreement giving Vertec Scientific exclusive rights to market and resell HealthOST in the United Kingdom.

Vertec’s exclusivity depends on meeting minimum annual license commitments, while Nanox can revoke exclusivity and continue the agreement on a non-exclusive basis if those commitments are missed.

HealthOST is an FDA-cleared and CE-marked AI bone solution that analyzes routine chest and abdominal CT scans for vertebral height loss and low bone mineral density.

The software integrates with existing imaging workflows without requiring additional scans, while NICE recommended HealthOST for NHS evidence-generation use in November 2025.

Following the announcement, Nanox's share price was down 7.3% at $0.93 in premarket trading.

Nanox previously disclosed the Vertec agreement in a July 23 business update, noting that Vertec also distributes DXA systems across UK clinics and hospitals.

The company is using the partnership to expand Nanox AI’s UK commercial reach as it develops a broader imaging platform spanning AI analysis, digital imaging and radiology services.
