
Nanobiotix reports 79% one-year control with JNJ-1900
- Nanobiotix (NASDAQ:NBTX) reported complete Phase 1 results from 24 patients receiving JNJ-1900 plus re-irradiation for recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.
- No dose-limiting toxicities or Grade 3 or higher adverse events related to JNJ-1900 or its injection procedure were reported.

Nanobiotix (NASDAQ:NBTX) reported complete Phase 1 full-cohort results for radiotherapy-activated JNJ-1900, formerly NBTXR3, in 24 patients with inoperable, locoregionally recurrent non-small cell lung cancer eligible for re-irradiation.
All 24 patients completed JNJ-1900 plus re-irradiation with no dose-limiting toxicities and no Grade 3 or higher adverse events attributed to JNJ-1900 or the injection procedure.
At a median follow-up of 12 months through the August 2026 data cutoff, investigators reported one-year locoregional control of 79% and one-year local progression-free survival of 61%.
Median local progression-free survival was 13.6 months, while one-year overall survival reached 70% and median overall survival was 14.8 months.
Grade 3 radiotherapy-related adverse events occurred in 33% of patients and Grade 5 radiotherapy-related events occurred in 8%, while the recommended Phase 2 dose was established at 33% of gross tumor volume.
Investigators concluded that JNJ-1900 may provide clinically meaningful local control while allowing substantially lower re-irradiation doses, although the findings come from an early-stage 24-patient trial.
Nanobiotix said additional enrollment in the trial is planned as the clinical program continues evaluating JNJ-1900 with re-irradiation in recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.
