The company’s gross margin rose to 59.4% from 54.1% a year earlier, or 57.5% excluding $3.2 million in IEEPA duty refunds, while adjusted operating income increased to $15.1 million from $7 million.
Movado reported diluted earnings per share of $0.53, compared with $0.13 in the prior-year period, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.54 compared with $0.23, while ending the quarter with $211.6 million in cash and no debt.
The company’s results covered the second quarter and six-month periods ended July 31, 2026, with improved operating income and profitability compared with the previous fiscal year period.
