MOGU (NYSE:MOGU) posted an 11.2% decline in fiscal year 2026 total revenues to RMB125.4 million due to heightened competition.

This revenue contraction follows a total revenue figure of RMB141.2 million reported during the prior fiscal year.

The decline was heavily impacted by a 47.4% drop in technology service revenues following the deconsolidation of Ruisha Technology.

To combat lower volumes, the company reduced its full-year sales and marketing expenses by 35.2% to RMB37.6 million.

In contrast, the company grew its other revenues by 248% to RMB25.8 million by expanding brand promotion services.

The company concluded the fiscal year with RMB295.6 million in total cash and short-term investments.
