
MiniMed Q1 revenue skyrockets 16.6% to $843 million

MiniMed (NASDAQ:MMED) reported first quarter fiscal 2027 net sales of $843 million, increasing 16.6% year over year on a reported basis and 15.8% organically.
The company said growth included an estimated 4–6% benefit from an additional week in the fiscal calendar, with underlying organic growth reaching low double digits excluding the calendar impact.
International net sales increased to $603 million, up 18.1% reported and 16.9% organically, while U.S. net sales reached $240 million, up 13.1%, with U.S. new pump sales increasing more than 20% year over year.
MiniMed reported a worldwide continuous glucose monitoring attachment rate of 69% and worldwide new pump starts of approximately 34,000.
MiniMed develops diabetes management technologies, including insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring systems, and automated insulin delivery solutions.
The company advanced its product pipeline with U.S. FDA submission for the MiniMed Fit patch pump, CE Mark approval for MiniMed Flex, completion of enrollment in the Vivera closed-loop pivotal trial, and IDE approval for an extended-wear sensor.
