Net sales for the quarter ended August 29, 2026 totaled $923.4 million, down 3.4% on a reported basis and down 3.3% organically compared with the prior-year period.
Orders increased to $913.9 million, representing growth of 3.2% year over year on a reported basis and 3.5% organically.
Gross margin improved by 320 basis points, while adjusted gross margin increased 330 basis points.
The improvement was primarily driven by tariff refunds and pricing realization, partially offset by inflation-related cost pressures.
Elsewhere, operating expenses increased to $333.5 million, while adjusted operating expenses reached $320.1 million.
Additionally, MillerKnoll recorded $13.4 million in operating expense during the period under review.
Meanwhile, MillerKnoll’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share.
The dividend is payable on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 29, 2026.
