
Middleby sales hit $876 million as growth reaches 10%

- Adjusted EBITDA increased to $193 million, while adjusted EPS rose to $2.35 from $2.20.
- Middleby raised its 2026 Commercial Foodservice growth outlook to 6%–8% after completing the Midera Food Processing spin-off.
Middleby (NASDAQ:MIDD) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $876 million, up 10% year over year and 6% organically.
Sales increased from $796.8 million a year earlier, while Commercial Foodservice revenue rose 8.6% to $630.6 million with 8.3% organic growth.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $193.2 million from $181.6 million, while Middleby repurchased 1.4 million shares and incurred $14.5 million of strategic transaction costs.
Following the announcement, Middleby's share price was down about 3% at $130.30 in premarket trading.
Meanwhile, Middleby completed the July 6 spin-off of its Food Processing business as Midera Food Processing, leaving Middleby focused on commercial foodservice operations.
Middleby now forecasts post-spin 2026 sales of $2.48–$2.53 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $572–$588 million and adjusted EPS of $6.73–$6.89.
