  • MGP Ingredients will officially rebrand as Sempreon and adopt the new CASK ticker symbol on November 2, 2026.
  • The strategic shift consolidates three business units into a single vertically integrated platform, with shares trading near $14.67.
  • The company stated this new corporate identity will honor its heritage while driving long-term value and growth.

MGP Ingredients (NASDAQ:MGPI) will officially rebrand as Sempreon on November 2, 2026, unifying three operating divisions.

The corporate identity shift highlights the company's 85-year evolution from a single 1941 distillery into a vertically integrated enterprise.

"Sempreon is the next chapter for a company that’s been building toward this for years," said MGP Ingredients President and Chief Executive Officer Julie Francis.

The transition includes adopting the new Nasdaq ticker symbol CASK, which the company stated reflects its forward-looking vision.

The company expects the new platform to drive long-term innovation.

The 2011 acquisition of the Lawrenceburg, Indiana, distillery previously added significant production capacity to anchor its American whiskey operations.

Subsequent purchases of Luxco in 2021 and Penelope Bourbon in 2023 further expanded the company's premium portfolio and national distribution.
