Mesoblast (NASDAQ:MESO) reported FY2026 total revenue of $120.3 million, up from $17.2 million a year earlier, as the company recorded its first full U.S. commercial year of Ryoncil sales.

The results compared with FY2025, when revenue was $17.2 million, while Ryoncil generated net product revenue of $115.2 million after a 13.4% gross-to-net adjustment during FY2026.

The company reported gross profit of $103.6 million, or $109.7 million excluding amortization, while net loss narrowed 44% to $57.5 million and net operating cash spend declined to $43.8 million.

Mesoblast ended FY2026 with $103 million in cash after securing a new $125 million five-year non-dilutive credit facility that refinanced higher-cost debt.

The company reported Ryoncil expansion across more than 50 U.S. pediatric transplant centers and continued development programs, including adult SR-aGvHD, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, chronic low back pain, and LVAD-associated gastrointestinal bleeding.
