Malibu Boats (NASDAQ:MBUU) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $295.5 million, up 42.7% year over year, as unit volume increased 19.2% to 1,456 units and adjusted EPS reached $0.92.
The quarterly results reflected higher sales compared with the prior-year period, with gross profit rising 59.4% to $52.2 million and adjusted EBITDA increasing 72.7% to $33.9 million.
For the full fiscal year, Malibu Boats reported net sales of $914.6 million, up 13.3%, while GAAP net income declined 88.8% to $1.7 million and adjusted EBITDA decreased 1.1% to $73.9 million.
Saxdor, which Malibu Boats acquired on March 2, 2026, contributed $84.3 million in revenue during fiscal 2026, while operating cash flow increased 19.5% to $67.5 million and free cash flow rose 48.3% to $43.2 million.
The company’s board also authorized a $70 million fiscal 2027 share repurchase program, and Malibu Boats refinanced its credit agreement with the maturity date extended to 2031.
