LuxExperience (NYSE:LUXE) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of €653.6 million, up 6.1% year-over-year on a reported basis and 7.6% excluding foreign exchange effects.
The company reported growth across all segments, with Mytheresa net sales increasing 10.2% ex-FX, NAP & MRP rising 5.6%, and YOOX increasing 6.6% compared with the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.
LuxExperience reported an adjusted EBITDA margin of 2.1% in Q4 FY2026, while adjusted SG&A costs declined throughout fiscal 2026 and acquisition-adjusted SG&A expenses decreased by €55 million, or 9.9%, compared with fiscal 2025.
LuxExperience ended Q4 FY2026 with €442.7 million in cash and cash investments and no bank debt, while management provided fiscal 2027 guidance for net sales growth in the mid-single-digit to high-single-digit percentage range and adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 2% to 3%.
LuxExperience operates luxury fashion e-commerce platforms including Mytheresa, Net-a-Porter, Mr Porter, and YOOX, serving customers across international markets.
The company also received authorization for a share repurchase program of up to $50 million of American Depositary Receipts on September 3, 2026.
