Lucky Strike Entertainment (NYSE:LUCK) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.25 billion, up 3.7% year over year, as the location-based entertainment company expanded its portfolio while reporting lower profitability.
The fourth-quarter results showed revenue increased 0.9% to $303.9 million compared with the prior-year period, while same-store revenue declined 2.5% during the quarter.
Lucky Strike reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $26.2 million compared with a net loss of $74.7 million in the prior-year period, while adjusted EBITDA declined to $74.1 million from $88.7 million.
During fiscal 2026, Lucky Strike added six locations, including five acquisitions and one new build, while closing five underperforming locations and operating 366 locations as of August 27, 2026.
The company continued expanding the Lucky Strike brand, with 159 current Lucky Strike locations, while fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA declined to $333.2 million from $367.7 million and net loss increased to $35.8 million from $10.0 million.
