LSI Industries (NASDAQ:LYTS) reported fiscal fourth quarter 2026 net sales of $234.6 million, up 51% year-over-year, while full-year sales increased 20% to a record $689.4 million.

The results compared with the prior-year period as the commercial lighting and display solutions manufacturer reported higher revenue, improved profitability and positive free cash flow during fiscal 2026.

LSI Industries reported Q4 net income of $6.9 million and adjusted net income of $14.4 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached $25.7 million, representing 10.9% of sales, and free cash flow totaled $9.7 million.

For fiscal 2026, LSI Industries reported net income of $22.6 million, adjusted net income of $42.2 million, EBITDA of $55 million and adjusted EBITDA of $69.7 million, representing 10.1% of sales.

The company ended fiscal 2026 with free cash flow of $39 million and a net debt to pro forma trailing twelve-month adjusted EBITDA ratio of 2.7x, while continuing to manufacture commercial lighting and display solutions in the United States.
