The Lovesac Company (NASDAQ:LOVE) reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 net sales of $161.2 million, up 0.4% year over year, and returned to quarterly profitability with net income of $7.4 million.
The company’s gross profit increased 21.7% to $110.3 million, while gross margin expanded to 68.4% from 56.4% in the prior-year period, supported by tariff refund benefits.
Gross margin included a $21 million benefit from IEEPA tariff refunds and related interest, while gross margin excluding tariff recoveries was 56%, down 40 basis points year over year.
Omni-channel comparable net sales declined 1.9%, and internet sales decreased 5.3% during the quarter, while Lovesac ended the period with 284 showrooms and $68.8 million in cash.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 outlook, including expected net sales of $690 million to $710 million and net income of $14.5 million to $18.5 million.
