Lotus Technology (NASDAQ:LOT) completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in Lotus Advance Technologies Sdn Bhd, known as Lotus UK, bringing its British sports car operations and engineering capabilities under a single corporate structure.

Based in Hethel, Norfolk, Lotus UK serves as the center of Lotus’ 78-year heritage, including sports car manufacturing and Lotus Engineering consultancy operations.

The acquisition combines Lotus’ British vehicle engineering capabilities, global manufacturing operations, and next-generation intelligent vehicle technologies under the company’s “One Lotus” structure.

Lotus Technology stated that the transaction supports its Focus 2030 strategy by creating a unified operating framework across its automotive and technology businesses.
