Sales exceeded the $19.3 billion analyst estimate, while prior-year EPS was $1.46 after significant program charges.

Business segment operating profit reached $2.2 billion, while $65 billion in new orders lifted backlog to a record $230 billion.

Following the announcement, Lockheed Martin's share price was up 6.1% at $545.76 in premarket trading.

A $35 billion THAAD agreement supported backlog, while Missiles and Fire Control sales increased 19% to $4.10 billion.

Lockheed Martin said it now expects 2026 sales of $79.75 billion–$81.75 billion and diluted EPS of $29.95–$30.65.
