The payment represents a 3% increase from the previous quarterly rate of $0.37 per share.

The company said the new annualized dividend rate is $1.52 per share, compared with $1.48 previously.

The dividend will be paid on August 31, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2026.

As of June 30, 2026, Lindsay Corporation reported approximately 10.2 million shares outstanding.

The company said the increase reflects its ongoing commitment to returning capital to shareholders.
