Li Auto deliveries steady at 34,000 as flagship L9 Livis debuts with proprietary AI chip
Li Auto (NASDAQ:LI) reported vehicle deliveries of 34,085 for April 2026, a performance that remains largely flat year-over-year but reflects a stable trajectory as the company transitions its product lineup.
As of April 30, 2026, the Beijing-based automaker reached a significant operational milestone with cumulative deliveries totaling 1,669,442 vehicles since its inception.
The quarter’s strategic focus was centered on the 2026 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, where Li Auto debuted the all-new Li L9 Livis.
Positioned as an "embodied intelligence" flagship, the L9 Livis is scheduled for an official market launch on May 15, 2026.
The new model is notable for being the first to carry Li Auto’s proprietary M100 chip—a 5-nanometer automotive processor designed to enhance autonomous driving and smart cabin decision-making.
Pre-sales for the flagship started at 559,800 yuan ($81,980), marking a push into a higher premium tier.
To support its growing fleet, Li Auto has aggressively expanded its infrastructure and retail footprint across China.
As of the end of April, the company operated 511 retail stores in 160 cities and 550 servicing centers.
Its energy network has also seen rapid scaling, with 4,077 supercharging stations now in operation, equipped with 22,509 charging stalls nationwide.
The company is also setting the stage for its next phase of growth through international expansion.
Management confirmed that Li Auto will officially enter the Middle Eastern market later this month, following recent partnership agreements in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Additionally, the company announced its upcoming debut at a top-tier European motor show, with a planned appearance at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026.
