LENZ Therapeutics (NASDAQ:LENZ) and Arrotex Pharmaceuticals have signed an exclusive license and commercialization agreement for VIZZ in Australia and New Zealand.

Under the deal, Arrotex gains exclusive rights to register and commercialize VIZZ for the treatment of presbyopia in the two markets.

LENZ Therapeutics will receive an upfront payment plus a significant profit share based on gross margin.

VIZZ (aceclidine ophthalmic solution 1.44%) is the first and only FDA-approved aceclidine-based eye drop for presbyopia, approved in July 2025 and commercially available in the United States since October 2025.

This agreement represents LENZ’s fifth ex-US commercialization partnership for VIZZ.

LENZ Therapeutics continues to expand global access to VIZZ through strategic partnerships while focusing on the growing presbyopia market.

The company is building an international commercial footprint for its novel ophthalmic solution as demand for non-invasive presbyopia treatments increases.
