The company’s performance underscores a rapidly maturing market for large-scale decarbonization projects across the data center, healthcare, and education sectors.
For the fourth quarter, Legence reported revenue of $737.6 million, a robust 34.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
This brought full-year 2025 revenue to a record $2.55 billion, representing 21.5% year-over-year growth.
The top-line acceleration was matched by significant margin expansion; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA surged 53% in the fourth quarter to $86.98 million, while full-year adjusted EBITDA reached $298.8 million, up 30% from the previous year.
Legence ended the year with a combined backlog and awards totaling $3.7 billion, a staggering 49% increase over 2024 levels.
This record pipeline is driven by a shift toward comprehensive "stackable" services, where clients increasingly utilize Legence for everything from initial ESG consulting and mechanical engineering to long-term facilities management and monitoring.
