Lazard (NYSE:LAZ) reported preliminary assets under management of approximately $284.7 billion as of June 30, 2026, reflecting market gains, currency movements and the acquisition of a controlling interest in Elaia Partners.
The June AUM figure compared with changes during the month that included $2.3 billion from market appreciation, $3.3 billion from foreign exchange depreciation and a $0.8 billion net increase.
The company said the June increase included a $1 billion contribution from acquiring a controlling interest in Elaia Partners, partly offset by $0.2 billion in net outflows, while preliminary average AUM for the quarter was $279.1 billion.
Lazard reported positive net flows of $7.4 billion during the first half of 2026.
At June 30, 2026, Lazard’s assets under management included $214.4 billion in equities, $35 billion in fixed income, $24.5 billion in multi-asset strategies and $10.8 billion in alternatives.
