Fourth-quarter sales rose 6% to $1.770 billion, while quarterly net income declined 9% to $109.6 million.

The company forecasts fiscal 2027 sales of $6.5 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $1.1–$1.2 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.95–$3.25.

Fiscal 2026 sales volumes rose 7%, while lower pricing and product mix reduced revenue growth by 6 percentage points.
