KIDZ AI (NASDAQ:KIDZ) signed a 60-month, $44.6 million GPU compute agreement with Canopy Wave for enterprise AI inference workloads.
The five-year agreement remains conditional on Catalyst Compute placing a non-cancellable order for the servers required to provide the contracted services.
“This milestone contract is an important step in KIDZ AI’s evolution into a broader AI technology and infrastructure platform,” said KIDZ AI Chief Executive Officer Stephanie Luo.
KIDZ AI said Catalyst Compute will deploy 256 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPUs across 32 nodes with 4TB of DDR5 memory per node.
Following the announcement, KIDZ AI's share price was up 68.7% at $0.70.
KIDZ AI, formerly Classover Holdings, is expanding beyond AI education into GPU cloud, data-centre, robotics and broader technology infrastructure.
Recent moves include a $100 million equity facility, an expanded $500 million financing facility, a proposed $50 million GPU deployment and the KIDZBot launch.
