Kanzhun (NASDAQ:BZ) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of RMB2,398.6 million, up 14.1% year over year, driven by higher online recruitment revenue and growth in enterprise customers and users.
Online recruitment revenue increased 14.7% to RMB2,384 million, while paid enterprise customers over the previous 12 months increased 10.8% to 7.2 million and average quarterly monthly active users rose 10.4% to 70.2 million.
Kanzhun reported operating income of RMB863.2 million, up 32.6% year over year, with operating margin expanding by five percentage points, while operating cash flow declined 10.2% to RMB944.8 million.
Net income increased 173.1% to RMB1,942.3 million, primarily due to RMB1,466.1 million in investment gains, while adjusted net income rose 9.4% to RMB1,029.2 million.
The company approved an annual cash dividend of US$0.510 per American depositary share, totaling approximately US$230 million, funded from surplus cash, and reported RMB18,807.2 million in cash, time deposits, and short-term investments.
Kanzhun expects third-quarter 2026 revenue between RMB2.41 billion and RMB2.50 billion, representing year-over-year growth of 11.4% to 15.6%.
