Kamada (NASDAQ:KMDA) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $54.9 million, up 23% year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA of $14.1 million and net income of $9.3 million.

First-half revenue increased 13% to $100.2 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached $25.7 million and net income rose 18% to $13.4 million.

Kamada generated $17.8 million in operating cash flow during the first six months, compared with $7.5 million a year earlier, while cash and short-term investments totaled $70.1 million at June 30.

The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $200–$205 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $50–$53 million, representing expected midpoint growth of 12% and 23%, respectively.

Kamada signed a new three-year plasma supply agreement valued at approximately $50 million and expects initial sales under the agreement to begin in Q4 2026.

The company also paid a cash dividend of $0.25 per share, totaling approximately $14.4 million, as it continued investing in its plasma-derived therapies business.
