JOYY (NASDAQ:JOYY) reported unaudited second-quarter 2026 revenue of US$590.8 million, up 16.3% year over year, supported by growth across social entertainment, advertising, and e-commerce operations.

The company’s revenue increased 6.3% quarter over quarter, with Social Entertainment revenue reaching US$422.7 million, BIGO Ads revenue reaching US$133.7 million, and SHOPLINE revenue reaching US$34.4 million.

Non-livestreaming revenue accounted for 31.8% of total revenue, while non-GAAP operating income increased 28.2% year over year to US$49.1 million and non-GAAP EBITDA increased 18.1% to US$56.9 million.

JOYY reported operating cash inflow of US$64.9 million and net cash of US$3.06 billion as of June 30, 2026, while the company updated its US$1.5 billion shareholder return program through 2028.

JOYY stated that it expects full-year 2026 non-GAAP operating income to grow about 20% year over year and reported US$358.8 million returned to shareholders through buybacks and dividends during 2026 year-to-date.
