JinkoSolar revenue falls to RMB12.36 billion

JinkoSolar (NYSE:JKS) reported unaudited second-quarter 2026 revenue of RMB12.36 billion, down 31.3% year over year, as solar module shipments declined from the prior-year period.

The company shipped 15,961 MW of solar modules during the quarter, up 16.7% sequentially but down 34.4% year over year, while revenue increased 0.9% from the previous quarter.

JinkoSolar reported gross profit of RMB513.1 million with a gross margin of 4.2%, compared with 8.3% in Q1 2026 and 2.9% in Q2 2025, while net loss attributable to shareholders reached RMB697.3 million and adjusted net loss totaled RMB910.8 million.

The company reported cumulative module deliveries exceeding 420 GW, including more than 250 GW of Tiger Neo products, and generated over RMB300 million in cash from the partial divestment of LAPLACE.

JinkoSolar also recorded a RMB236.6 million pre-tax gain from disposing of 75.1% of its U.S. subsidiary and stated that it expects 2026 module shipments of 60–70 GW and Q3 shipments of 15–17 GW.
