Jersey Mike’s Subs (NYSE:JMKE) reported second quarter 2026 systemwide sales of $1.21 billion, increasing 10% year over year as the restaurant chain expanded its store network.
Same-store sales increased 2.3%, primarily driven by transaction growth, while digital sales represented 43% of sales compared with 41% in the prior-year period.
The company opened 83 new stores during the quarter, resulting in net unit growth of 8.1% year over year, while total revenue increased 10% to $208 million.
Jersey Mike’s reported quarterly net income of $37 million compared with $59 million in the prior-year period, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $114 million from $107 million.
Jersey Mike’s Subs operates a fast-casual sandwich restaurant network through company-owned and franchise locations across the United States.
