JBS (NYSE:JBS) reported record second-quarter 2026 net sales of $23.9 billion, up 14% from $21 billion a year earlier.
Revenue exceeded the $22.9 billion analyst estimate, but the $102 million net loss compared with an expected $379 million profit.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 18% to $1.43 billion, while leverage reached 3.1x and free cash flow improved to $130 million.
JBS Beef North America and JBS Brazil posted record second-quarter sales, while Seara sales rose 18% despite a lower 14.9% EBITDA margin.
JBS also paid $1 billion in dividends, joined the Russell 1000 and 3000, and increased its revolving credit facility to $4.2 billion.
