Jaguar Health (NASDAQ:JAGX) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $1.2 million, down 59% year over year, following the U.S. commercialization transfer of Mytesi and Canalevia-CA1 to Future Pak affiliate Woodward Specialty.
Product revenue declined 60% to $1.18 million, while license and grant revenue totaled $43,000 during the second quarter.
Jaguar reported that its loss from operations narrowed to $7.6 million from $8 million, supported by lower operating expenses including a reduction in sales and marketing costs from approximately $2.5 million to about $5,000.
Jaguar Health reported a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $12.7 million and said it satisfied closing conditions to receive a non-dilutive $2 million holdback from Future Pak.
The company reported non-GAAP recurring EBITDA of negative $8.4 million compared with a loss of $7.9 million in the prior-year period.
