Ituran Location and Control (NASDAQ:ITRN) reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $104.8 million, up 21% year-over-year, as subscription revenue increased to $79.8 million.
The company’s subscription revenue represented 76% of total revenue, compared with $25 million in product revenue, while net income attributable to the company increased 29% to $17.3 million.
Ituran added 41,000 net subscribers during the quarter, bringing its subscriber base to 2.711 million, while operating cash flow reached a record $32.2 million and the company reported $103.7 million in net cash with no debt.
The company also reported operating income of $23.8 million, representing a 22.7% margin, while EBITDA increased 24% to $28.5 million, representing a 27.2% margin.
Elsewhere, Ituran’s board declared a quarterly dividend of $10 million, or $0.50 per share, and the company repurchased $3 million of shares, leaving approximately $10 million available under its existing authorization.
