IQSTEL (NASDAQ:IQST) reported first-half 2026 revenue of $207 million, up about 59% year over year from approximately $130 million, with gross profit increasing 26% to about $4.8 million.
The company’s second-quarter revenue reached roughly $109 million, compared with $97.9 million in the first quarter, reflecting continued revenue growth during the first half of the year.
IQSTEL reported total assets of $48.2 million, liabilities of $31 million and stockholders’ equity of $17.2 million as of June 30, 2026, while the company said its higher-margin Digital Services business remains a focus area.
IQSTEL continues to pursue its $430 million full-year 2026 revenue objective.
Based on 10.05 million shares outstanding, IQSTEL calculated that first-half revenue represented $20.59 per share, or an annualized $414 million revenue rate and $41.18 per share, which the company described as a mathematical illustration rather than guidance.
The company’s stockholders’ equity increased about 5% from year-end 2025 and was more than 50% above its market capitalization, according to IQSTEL’s reported financial figures.
