
iQIYI Q2 revenue contracts 5% to RMB6.29 billion
- iQIYI reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB6.29 billion, down 5% year over year, as membership and advertising revenue declined.
- Net loss widened to RMB287.5 million, while operating cash flow improved to RMB339.6 million from negative RMB12.7 million.

iQIYI (NASDAQ:IQ) reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB6.29 billion, down 5% year over year, while its operating loss reached RMB104.8 million.
Revenue increased from RMB6.23 billion in Q1 but remained below RMB6.63 billion a year earlier, with membership and advertising revenue both declining 2%.
Net loss widened to RMB287.5 million as income tax expense reached RMB219.8 million, including RMB193.6 million linked to adjustments at a Chinese mainland subsidiary.
Following the announcement, iQIYI's share price was down 2.22% at $1.33 in premarket trading.
iQIYI generated RMB339.6 million in operating cash flow and held RMB4.12 billion in cash and short-term investments after repurchasing 21.8 million ADSs for $24.1 million.
The company said its strategy includes expanding a decentralized social-media ecosystem and using AI across its content operations while maintaining its membership, advertising and distribution businesses.
