IonQ (NYSE:IONQ) expects full-year 2026 revenue of $450 million–$460 million following its acquisition of SkyWater Technology, with the outlook including SkyWater’s contribution from July 31 through December 31, 2026.
The company said the guidance reflects the combined operations of IonQ and SkyWater and excludes estimated intercompany revenue from the companies’ previous commercial agreement.
IonQ said the 2026 outlook incorporates the financial impact of the SkyWater acquisition, which closed on July 31, 2026, while accounting for the elimination of expected internal transactions between the two businesses.
The company said the integration creates a shared roadmap combining quantum computing technology with semiconductor manufacturing capabilities to support future development.
IonQ develops full-stack quantum computing systems and technologies, while SkyWater Technology provides semiconductor manufacturing services and advanced production capabilities.
