Intrusion completes VigilAigent acquisition deal

Intrusion (NASDAQ:INTZ) said it has completed its acquisition of VigilAigent, a managed security service provider previously owned by Tego Cyber.

The company said the acquisition adds about $3.5 million in annual recurring revenue from multi-year contracts, along with more than 80 reseller partners and around 1,000 customers.

Intrusion said VigilAigent’s “Oracle” agentic AI engine will be integrated with its TraceCop threat-intelligence database to build an AI-native cybersecurity platform.

Intrusion said it plans immediate cross-selling across its combined partner and customer networks following the acquisition.

Intrusion said it will provide further details on the acquisition during an investor webcast scheduled for June 30, 2026.
