- The company also expanded funding capacity through a $60 million at-the-market facility.
Intensity Therapeutics (NASDAQ:INTS) issued a mid-year 2026 update on its intratumoral cancer therapy INT230-6, highlighting progress across late-stage clinical programs.
The update reflects continued clinical development in breast cancer and soft tissue sarcoma compared with earlier-stage studies focused on safety and dose escalation.
The company said its Phase 2/3 breast cancer trial and Phase 3 soft tissue sarcoma trial are both advancing, supported by previously published peer-reviewed data in advanced tumor settings.
Intensity Therapeutics said more than 200 patients have received INT230-6 across completed studies to date.
The company also reported preliminary presurgical triple-negative breast cancer data showing higher pathological complete response rates and fewer severe adverse events compared with standard of care.
The company said it has expanded funding flexibility through a $60 million at-the-market equity facility to support ongoing development and operations.
Intensity Therapeutics also noted ongoing partnering discussions as it advances toward later-stage clinical and potential commercialization milestones.
