The revised financial outlook represents a notable drop from the previous full-year revenue projection of $1.654 billion to $1.695 billion.
The medical device manufacturer expects preliminary third-quarter revenue to reach approximately $410 million to $412 million with adjusted earnings per diluted share of $0.55 to $0.59.
The company estimates the flooding reduced third-quarter revenue by approximately $7 million and expects a fourth-quarter impact of approximately $15 million to $20 million.
The business also updated its adjusted earnings per diluted share guidance, dropping the full-year range to $2.30 to $2.40 from the previously estimated $2.40 to $2.50.
The firm anticipates generating operating cash flow greater than $85 million in the third quarter while preparing the Cincinnati site to resume full operations in the second quarter of 2027.
