InspireMD Q2 revenue holds at $1.8 million

InspireMD (NASDAQ:NSPR) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.77 million, down 0.4% year-over-year, while its net loss widened to $14.3 million.

International revenue increased 21% to $2.12 million, but U.S. revenue was negative $351,000 after $734,000 of customer credits related to the CGuard Prime 135 cm recall.

The recall contributed a $612,000 inventory impairment and $734,000 of customer credits, resulting in a $774,000 gross loss, while adjusted gross profit was $572,000.

InspireMD said its restructuring actions are expected to generate about $9 million in annual savings.

Following the announcement, InspireMD's share price was up 18.6% at $0.9824 in pre-market trading.

InspireMD reported 100% acute device success in 50 CGUARDIANS II patients, with no deaths, strokes, myocardial infarctions or stent thrombosis through 30 days.

First-half 2026 revenue increased 56.3% to $5.17 million, while InspireMD ended June with $30.42 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities.
