Innovative Eyewear (NASDAQ:LUCY) reported quarterly revenue exceeding $1 million for the first time in the third quarter of 2026, while expanding retail distribution and developing new smart eyewear products.

The company reported 12 consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue growth and said its retail expansion, product launches, and partnerships contributed to broader market reach.

Innovative Eyewear reported that operating expenses declined from 467% of revenue in the first quarter of 2025 to 193% in the second quarter of 2026, while net loss narrowed from 391% of revenue to 165% during the same period.

The company expanded its retail presence through a 375-store rollout with FYiDoctors, increasing brick-and-mortar locations to more than 700, while preparing a U.S. big box retail test scheduled to begin in mid-October 2026.

Innovative Eyewear announced a strategic alliance with HTC to introduce VIVE Eagle camera glasses in the U.S. from mid-September 2026 and said Lucyd Armor smart safety glasses are undergoing commercial testing with large enterprises.

The company develops smart eyewear products that combine glasses with digital features, including camera capabilities, software applications, and hardware platforms based on Qualcomm technology.
