INNIO Group, a specialist in gas compression and power generation solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the aftermarket business operations of Enerflex (NYSE: EFXT) across Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

The deal, announced today, marks a significant step in INNIO’s strategy to localize its service capabilities and deepen its reach within the high-growth Asia-Pacific (APAC) energy sector.

The transaction involves Enerflex’s established service infrastructure across eight locations.

The acquired business brings a substantial portfolio of long-term service agreements with major global oil and gas companies, providing INNIO with a steady stream of recurring revenue and a reinforced installed base.

The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2026, pending customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
