Immunome doses first patient in IM-3050 trial

Immunome (NASDAQ:IMNM) dosed the first patient in a Phase 1 trial of IM-3050 for FAP-expressing advanced solid tumours.
The dosing follows the opening of the first trial site in March 2026 and IM-3050’s earlier regulatory clearance.
“FAP is a high-potential target with expression in 75% of solid tumors,” said Immunome Chief Medical Officer Bob Lechleider.
The open-label study will assess repeated doses for safety, tolerability, dosimetry, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumour activity.
Following the announcement, Immunome's share price was up 0.47% at $22.32 in premarket trading.
Immunome said lutetium-177 emitted by IM-3050 may damage nearby tumour cells after reaching FAP-expressing cells.
Immunome’s broader pipeline includes varegacestat, IM-1021, IM-1617 and several earlier-stage antibody-drug conjugate programmes.
