Immatics (NASDAQ:IMTX) reported Q2 2026 collaboration revenue of $10.4 million, up from $5.4 million, while its net loss narrowed to $71.2 million.

Research and development expenses increased to $71.1 million from $51.4 million as spending rose primarily around the Phase 3 SUPRAME trial.

Immatics plans a single final PFS analysis for SUPRAME and intends to expand enrollment by about 90 patients to approximately 450 to increase statistical power for overall survival.

Following the announcement, Immatics' share price was unchanged at $9.25 in early premarket trading.

Updated Phase 1b anzu-cel data showed a 56% confirmed response rate and 16.2-month median overall survival in metastatic melanoma, while IMA203CD8 and IMA402 continued development across PRAME-positive cancers.

Immatics expects SUPRAME topline PFS results in H1 2027 followed by a BLA submission in 2027, while Moderna's first mRNA-4200 patient dosing in July triggered a collaboration milestone payment.
