IHS Towers records 10.4% revenue gain to $428.6 million

IHS Holding (NYSE:IHS) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue from continuing operations of $428.6 million, up 10.4% from $388.2 million a year earlier.

Organic revenue increased 0.5%, while favorable currency translation added 13.5% to reported growth, including a $40.7 million benefit from the stronger Nigerian naira.

Adjusted EBITDA declined 1.3% to $245.3 million as higher power costs weighed on results, while ALFCF increased 5.9% to $57.1 million.

IHS completed its I-Systems disposal in May and Latin American tower sale in August after selling its Rwanda operations in October 2025.

IHS shareholders have approved MTN Group’s proposed acquisition, which the company said remains on track for completion in 2026 subject to remaining closing conditions.
