Hyperscale Data (NYSE:GPUS) issued aggressive financial guidance for fiscal year 2026 on Wednesday, signaling a transformative year for the diversified holding company.
Management expects annual revenue to land between $180 million and $200 million, representing a growth rate of approximately 80% to 100% compared to preliminary 2025 revenues of roughly $100 million.
The optimistic outlook is anchored by a full-year revenue contribution from Ballista, which is expected to generate approximately $40 million.
Beyond its core operations, Hyperscale Data is betting heavily on a pivot toward artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and specialized software services.
These new initiatives are projected to contribute between $24 million and $44 million to the top line in 2026.
The company’s financial services arm, Ault Lending, is also expected to be a significant driver, with forecasted 2026 revenue of $20 million to $30 million.
Reflecting immediate momentum in this segment, management noted that approximately $10 million is anticipated in the first quarter of 2026 alone.
