Hyperliquid strategies reports $616.7M in total assets following NASDAQ listing
Hyperliquid Strategies (NASDAQ:PURR) today reported financial results for the quarter and six months ended December 31, 2025, following its successful listing on NASDAQ on December 2, 2025.
The company began operations with an initial treasury comprising 12.5 million HYPE tokens and $300 million in cash.
At quarter-end, total assets stood at $616.7 million.
The period resulted in a net loss of $317.9 million, primarily driven by unrealized losses on HYPE token holdings and a one-time write-off of in-process research and development (IPR&D) costs.
During the period, the company deployed capital to repurchase PURR shares and acquire additional HYPE tokens.
It retains approximately $125 million in deployable capital for future opportunities.
